I am 48 years old and been training pretty hard for 2 years. Before that had a 15 year lay off. I work out 4 times a week and in pretty good shape, however I can't get the gain or bulk back. No matter how hard I work. I am 5' 10" and 185 lbs. For the last year I have though about trying afew cycles. With my history what would be a good first cycle? I was thinking just start with Test, and see how it goes before trying any major stacking. Appreciate any help from you young pros.
