I wanted to say hey and ive been reading posts here for about a month, and almost everything ive had questions on was answered just by reading. Anyways I am just a little nervous...im about to start my first cycle. Deca and dianabol. ive been working out 3 days on 1 day off continuous cycle for almost 11 months, all natural. day 1 is chest, day 2 is Biceps and triceps, day 3 is shoulders and back. im 25 at 5'8" 160 lbs. I eat deciently 5 meals a day with myoplex bars for snacks.
What im looking for is wether it seems im doing good or maybe advice on where to tweek things. I keep a journal on exercises reps and weight and im seeing slow improvments but I wana take it to the next level. Any Ideas?
