Newb wanting help

I wanted to say hey and ive been reading posts here for about a month, and almost everything ive had questions on was answered just by reading. Anyways I am just a little nervous...im about to start my first cycle. Deca and dianabol. ive been working out 3 days on 1 day off continuous cycle for almost 11 months, all natural. day 1 is chest, day 2 is Biceps and triceps, day 3 is shoulders and back. im 25 at 5'8" 160 lbs. I eat deciently 5 meals a day with myoplex bars for snacks.

What im looking for is wether it seems im doing good or maybe advice on where to tweek things. I keep a journal on exercises reps and weight and im seeing slow improvments but I wana take it to the next level. Any Ideas?
 
give it some more time, eat more, get good rest and read the diet sectons and training sections before you decide to use chemicals. i don't think you have enough time under your belt as a bb to consider this route. exhaust all your natural barriers before you choose a different course.
 
definitly train natural for at least 2 years beore taking juice. But the decca and d-bol is a good combo. I plan on taking deca 600mg a/w with 400mg of cyp a/w and 25mg d-bol a/d. But I have been training for 18 year and I am 6'00" 235 at age 34

1st thing that I see that is VERY wrong is that you don't have a legs day in your workout. Working your legs will do wonders for unlocking potential growth in your upper body.
2nd is that you haven't worked out nearly long enough to concider steroids.
3rd is the cycle itself. Start off with a simple low dose test cycle for the 1st time.

Post your training routine over on the lifting board and get some good ideas on how you can tweek that to make some more gains.
 
ok, I have been working out longer than just the 11 months, but the 11 months has been constant. on a cycle, I have been lifting, running and other exercises since 2001. due to the nature of my job(military). its just the last 11 months that Ive hunkered down and put together a workout routine since being deployed overseas. Im working on adding legs other than the running every day that I do.
 
I would change up your routine. You need to get a leg day in and I would not do shoulder and back in the same day. Something like back and Bi's one day then chest and tris. this of course is just and example
