Posed this question in the gym today by an older man who has been training for a good 10 years natty......gear is not my specialty, so I'll ask the gurus...
He has T-400 (I know, that much I warned him about)...he has 2 10cc bottles, along with 1 10cc of prop and 10cc of sus 250 (kind of a bogus smorgishborg, but oh well...) Would it be decent for him to just take 1/2cc of the 400 (to reduce pain)/week and 1 cc of the sus250/week = 450mg of test/week for 10 weeks and maybe frontloading the prop for the first 2-3 weeks?
Then he planned on getting a 50cc bottle of 50mg Equiposie and 2 10cc of winny to cut up and possible compete in the over 35 class?
I'll gonna help him with his diet and training, but need your help with the gear.......
