Newb Question Sorry....

Im 25 yrs old weigh 204lbs and prob about 18% bodyfat.
Im interested in a Test E cycle

Test E 500 mg ew 1-12
Arimidex .5 ed
D-bol 30 mg ed 1-4

Ive been lifting since i was 17 and my diet is ok. 200 plus grams protein ed healthy breakfast, fast food for lunch (too lazy to pack some snacks), and normally a healthy dinner. Im trying to put on about 15 lbs lean muscle then do a winny cycle about 8-10 weeks later and harden up. My questions are what would be a good pct and how much would a cycle like this cost me. (Ballpark) heh. Also should i ditch sodium intake all together to prevent bloating up like a whale. Thnx brothas and plz excuse my noobish ways.

Firt off there is no price discussion on the board. Second you need to lower your bodyfat by way of cardio and diet. Third diet is the key when doing a cycle. Do some more research before you try using AAS. Just trying to help you out Bro. Research is the key to a sucessful cycle.
 
Can't really discuss any type of price listing for products. A good PCT would consist of HCG, Nolvadex, and or Clomid. Nolva at 20 mg/ed for 6 weeks with HCG would be good. HCG will vary depending on everyones own opinion. Clomid is also excellent but I would recommend running a 100 mg/ed for 4-6 weeks.

15 lb's of lean muscles i achievable, but not with consuming fast food daily. That is why you are 18% BF. Not to be rude but that will help pack on weight, but not the quality muscle you want. And yes, ditch the sodium intake cause dbol will suck it up and make you look like a marshmellow.

Also, consider throwing in some prop for the second cycle you have planned at 100 mg/ed with the winny.
 
research and diet. too lazy cannot be in your vocab if you want to rip up your muscles. all the test in the world won't do shit unless you have your diet on track
 
Thanks guys for quick response I will shape up my diet for sure. It makes perfect sense to not get lazy and eat right. Also is cardio ok 3-4 times a week as well as my normal lifting 4-5 times a week on a test cycle or will that inhibit gains. Do more cardio after this cycle on the winstrol cycle?

You should always do some type of cardio to keep your heart healthy and your cardiovascular health in tip top shape. I'm cutting right now and am only doing 4 times a week at 20 mins. Whether you put on weight or lean out depends on your diet. Mcyd's ain't helping the cause.

I would wait until you're under 15% bodyfat before jumping on a cycle.
 
Just to echo the others & also some comments I put in your other thread --- diet is key. At your age you are still at some of your highest natural test production so I'd probably want to kick you in the nuts if you think you need a cycle to get growth started again (sorry I'm a 40 yr old female w/ a pile of estrogen - I got no sympathy for a young guy who says he can't build mass :) -- I still manage to get mass going if I eat for it)

Just like we tell the ladies -- take a look at your diet first. If you don't FUEL yourself for the goals you want to achieve, you aint gonna achieve your goals. The best anabolic you'll ever find is a hunk of meat. In my other post I suggested you at least take a look at what you are REALLY eating now - i.e. get a true summary of the total cals, and the macro nutrient breakdown - ratio of protein, fats & carbs. Then look at what & when you are eating. If you want to build mass - you need good solid building materials (protein) + enough carbs for energy to build that and good fats to support it all. Doens't mean you need to go balls to the wall w/ a competition style diet, but your results will only reflect the effort you put into your diet. I'd say at the very least, step away from the fast food, spend a little time each week preparing cleaner meals and add in some shakes between your traditional 3 meals/day. And probably something at night to tide you over until morning -- part of competiton prep is to set up a metabolism rate that expects food to come in every 2-3 hrs (which is the rate that your body optimally metabolizes whatever you put in in 1 sitting) -- so you feed, burn, feed, burn, feed, burn, etc such that you are feeding in nearly exactly what will be burned, leaving nothing left over to deposit as fat (or just a little if you are needing the extra energy to lift like a mofo). Then you can incorporate some amount of cardio to keep it all in balance.

But whether you choose to cycle or not cycle right now, look at the diet -- usually for guys it seems like if you clean out the junk, the bodyfat comes off so easily if you are active and consistent in your diet & training. Then when that is all well-established, you will truly be eating to get the most out of your natural training as well as any "supplemented" training you do.
 
The quickest way to shed down to 15% is to do cardio in the morning right when you get up, and before you eat anything, you can drop fat faster than a skitzer that way.

Just so you know. As far as doing the winny to harden up? When you stop the winny. You wont have that hardend up look anymore, so id just concentrate on cycles that put the most muscle on you as possible as the new muscle will help burn more fat and give u the leaner look you want as opposed to the hardend up look thatll just go away when the drugs are discontinued. Your cycle looks good and im not gonna harp on you about diet cus im sure none of us are perfect there. Alot of us just like to talk the good talk.LOL
