try out the Omega Project. I have just started it and it really is the best training I have done. It will help with hypertrophy to get some size. I havn't done AS in over 3 years. I am doing this training to help get back into the real focus of training and really consentrating on goals other than getting big right now. If that is your goal then it will work for you.
