Newb on my first cycle, want opinion on Test

try out the Omega Project. I have just started it and it really is the best training I have done. It will help with hypertrophy to get some size. I havn't done AS in over 3 years. I am doing this training to help get back into the real focus of training and really consentrating on goals other than getting big right now. If that is your goal then it will work for you. Check it out!

I got him in some PM. We got to the roots of his problem for not making gains.

We got his diet sorted and his workout regimen much better placed.

He has been only eating at max 1g of protein per body weight. He was misinformed about eating high amounts of protein and general health. I got him set straight with meal ideas and preparations in bulk, and post workout dieting as well as eating high protein meals. I forgot to mention to him hydration, so I'm sure he'll read this here, lol. 1.5 gallons of water a day bro.

His training was 3 times a week full body every time. Now I have him doing chest/tris/shoulders one day, Back and deads another and legs his 3rd day. (he is a full time student working almost full time so he only has 3 days to fit in a workout) This will give him much more focus on each muscle and ample recovery time. I went into detail about muscle stimulation and necessary recovery. Gave him a basic workout schedule that he can work with and modify by himself as he chooses so that it fits him personally.

This schedule with his improved diet of 300 grams of protein daily will send him well on his way to making amazing gains the next 6 months. Much better than steroids ever could had he kept doing what he was doing. Then, we'll have a look at his progress every 4 weeks, see what's working for him, what's not working for him, and make adjustments from there each month.

In the next 6 months this guy will be getting big, solid and strong if he sticks to it.
 
You aren't physically developed enough to merit the use of steroids. At 13% BF, that means you would weigh a lean 180lbs. At 6ft, that's not very big at all. You have plenty of room to grow and improve my good bro.


Proviron is not for PCT.


Dropping the deca resolves the gyno issue with nandrolones. You don't need deca for a first cycle. 250mg every 5 days of test E or test C is more than plenty of gear. More is not better when it comes to steroids. In fact, as little as possible while getting the added benefits is ideal. 10 week run. 12 is fine. Don't go longer than 12. you don't need to.

test enanthate or cypionate. It doesn't matter. Choose one and it will be a good choice either way. I use Test E.


Stay away from Mexico Gear. Go to Welcome to The Source Check-The Source Check and sign up. You will find everything and anything you could possible need or want to know about sources and where to get stuff safely.

OTC supplements are not okay for aas and anit-estrogens. Use arimidex. Welcome to The Source Check-The Source Check will also give you plenty of places to get arimidex.
solid advise right here .. with your limited training and young age 250mg of test is all u need for a 1st cycle and u will grow nice.. shyt u will still grow like a weed without gear with proper diet and good training schedule

Anything worth doing is worth doing right. I'll just stick all my gear in the fridge and forget about it for a while....

Now the problem is....... how am I going to con my local Restaurant Supply warehouse into letting me purchase bulk food there without actually owning my own restaurant. I think it's time for my very first DBA.


And not that I don't believe dabuffguy..... But I'll be damned if I haven't read over and over again that when you hit the gym do a full body workout. I think even Men's Health, which I consider one of the more reputable...er...men's health magazines....ran an article about how body-part focused days is dead and everybody does it all in one day. What's the deal with that?

let me let you in on a little secret: don't believe eveything you read in a magazine :)
