okay well I had been considering winstrol, then thought about var, but now im not sure anymore. Anyways heres my stats:
age: 18
weight: 171
height 6'
bodyfat: not sure proably around 15%
training for: 4 years
benching: 270
powercleaning: 250
What I want to accomplish:
build some definition for 6pac
build a little more definition to arms
gain up to 10lbs max with little to no water retention, dont really want to get involved with test.
I only want to use orals, please dont make fun of me and call me a pussy, its a decision ive made, please respect it.
Get cut and loose some body fat.
Diet:
Im taking in about 200 grams of protein a day, watching calorie intake.
Excersize routine:
running every day monday through friday(track season)
lifting 1 hour 20mins a day monday through friday
aditional 45mins a day in weight room about every other day.
