Hi guys, I'm a rookie powerlifter, just started lifting about 6 months ago. My lifts are shitty compared to where they should be, but I started late at this sport. I'm 23yo, 90kg, 6 foot tall, bench press es around 155 to 160 kg, squat 250 kg and deadlift around 230.

I'm extremely tempted on trying some steroids, but I don't know enough about the stuff. I'm mexican, and as you might know it's pretty easy to buy steroids over here.

My coach suggested an 8 week cycle of deca+test in pyramid, but I wanted to hear some other suggestions and opinions.

I've tried dbol tabs, but only took em for a week or so... 2x25mg tabs, for about 12 days, so I'm pretty much a rookie still.

It's not about the lifts or muscle but the tendons and ligaments. They develop a lot slower so adding in steroids now will increase you muscle size and strength but the tendons and ligaments haven't been properly developed and that comes from years of lifting

^^^ (Bonacris) That and you've only been lifting 6 months. You should still be improving naturally and I'd think in the long term lifts would be even better if you waited to cycle. You're a newborn in the weightlifting lifecycle.

I've been lifting for about five or six years, it's just powerlifting where I'm a newbie.

If you are then just do test and maybe an oral kicker.. deca is a fucking bitch to recover from.. and 8 weeks of deca isn't worth the time. What have you go lined up for PCT

don't run deca for a first cycle. your lifts are really good since you list them in kilo's and not pounds. I was about to jump on you when you wrote 155 bench but that is 340 pounds so that is very very solid for a natty guy who weighs what you weigh.

run steroids that's fine but stay the fuck away from deca and fire your coach for suggesting that to you
 
Yeah, I was thinking test + dbol but dunno much about the theme. Idk shit about pct or preparation, I'm a blank slate.

Yeah my lifts are in kilos. I've been bigger and stronger, right now I'm thin, I think last time I weighted 90 kilos was in high school. I've been getting leaner, by watching what I eat mainly.

Thanks a lot!!! I'll probably be starting this in about two months, I'm going to Napa Ca for summer and the stuff is way more expensive in the US...
