I'll go for 15 lbs of muscle.
Get my diet back on track so I can achieve above.
Training too...I've been too busy just maintaining (plus shoulder injury didnt help).
Stay around the 10% or less bf mark.
Make more $.
Maybe get a steady girl (instead of just banging random good looking ones).
Do more cardio...been neglecting the pump lately.
Read more books.
Keep learning.
Spend more time with my family (parents, bro's and sis).
Take more vacations.
I guess thats enough for now...we'll see how all that goes
