new years resolutions. lets hear em

Due to a change from the navy to the army and later in 2005 a shot at the special forces, I will be focused on conditioning myself into a lean mean fitness machine capable of anihalating all who opose me or stand in my way. a good physique will just be a by product of achievment.
What are the rest of you aiming for? :chomp: :chomp: :chomp:
 
fucking pack on about 10 pounds over break for the NCAA Div. III Rugby tourney in the spring...also goin on this new creatine ethyl ester shit, fucking pumped

rape kill pillage and burn EAT BABIES
 
Get my life straightened out, and back on track,
gain another 15lbs lbm and get up to about 215 at 10%
get my knee fixed
get my warrant packet in and accepted in the army

take some pics to see if this workout has changed me any over the past few months.
gonna start working full time and selling houses- no more college cause im graduating.
gonna keep up the lifting, but move it to mornings. 6 am alarm clock. yeech.
gonna start riding my trials bike like a madman, learn to bunnyhop higher than my waist again.

Quit drinking & drugs (the first leads to the other).
Back into the gym and maintain 210 lbs. naturally. (prev. 210 naturally @ 8%, 5'9")
Reach goals I've set for work to maintain desired income.
Take my dog to the park 5 days per week.
Pull my head out of my ass to aid in all of the above.
 
add more muscle to my body
socialize more
focus more on university work
find the perfect man
 
get my life in order
cut down to a healthy bodyfat% since im pretty out of shape right now
start lifting like i used to
finally be happy after about 20 months of bad depression

cut the partying back some
lean down and become a better athlete over all
get my first aid/cpr and apply to ATS so when college is over I can apply to the police agencies I want
 
Stop drinking during the week
Get down to 10-12% bf
Stick to my diet
Bench 350
Squat 350

Writing them down seems to help - maybe I'll put those on my wall.

Their are lots more of us :qt: Check out all the navy divers around the north sydney area. All athletic, fit us fuck, loaded with cash and love fit chicks. The hardest part would be trying to keep him! :chomp:
