Looks pretty good to me, though I would probably just do HST so you can get hit the entire body 3 times a week instead of 2.
This concerns me: "I'm looking to lean out and build mass." You have to pick one or the other. Maybe the reason you're not further advanced is simply not eating enough to gain serious size.
Lastly, to be honest I have no idea why you're touching steroids when you're benching 165 lbs. This isn't meant to be a flame, more like concern for your health.
