New workout

Looking to do this routine for 4-8 weeks to change things up and then go into a Winny-based cutting cycle with maybe some Anavar and a little test.

Looks pretty good to me, though I would probably just do HST so you can get hit the entire body 3 times a week instead of 2.

This concerns me: "I'm looking to lean out and build mass." You have to pick one or the other. Maybe the reason you're not further advanced is simply not eating enough to gain serious size.

Lastly, to be honest I have no idea why you're touching steroids when you're benching 165 lbs. This isn't meant to be a flame, more like concern for your health.
 
What I meant is that I'm looking to get lean and hopefully continue with slow progess on building my body up...not build mass like on a cycle...I'm talking a 1-2 lbs of lean mass per month while cutting 4-5% BF over the next 2-3 months.

Also, as I said, I just finished 2 weeks of no carb dieting while continuing to workout 4x week and did squats immediately before the bench so I figure that's what happened there. I was considerably weaker in everything I did yesterday compared to a few weeks ago. Back 4 weeks ago I could bench 225 for a few reps, squat 305 for 6 reps ass to the floor, DL 315 for a few reps. Although my chest has always been my weakest part and I've never consistently done BB bench...which is why I'm interested in adding it to my workouts 2x week. I workout alone and it's always been easier to grab the DBs then to find a spotter for BB. But I think I could seriously benefit from adding BB bench as a regular part of my workout.
