New Weightlifter Advice...Everyone's Help Is Appreciated

definitely eat good whole food for at least 4 meals a day and as far as protein powder is concerned imo there isn't all that much difference between them unless you want to pay a lot so I would find someone that has a costco card and have them buy you a bag of 100% whey protein by cytosport it's like 6 pounds for I think about 36-38 dollars before tax. I think that would be your best bet
 
it's a slow process but you make small landmarks along the way and it's encouraging in that respect
