New way to take clomid???

I'm looking to do test prop wks 1-10 at 300mg a week and eq wks 1-12 at 400mg a week. How should I take the clomid I 've heard of new ways that have you taking less for a longer period of time. Also is HCG nessary and nolva or armidex.
Last cycle was prop 200mg 10wks and winny 50mg eod 3ks total 11wks crashed hard.

Arimidex is not necessary for PCT If your testes are not noticeably shrunk I would not use the hcg.

This is conventional, or at least was a year ago around here. I believe and so do many others that 300mg is overkill. 100mg for first 2 weeks is plenty IMO. I also like to taper down further with 25mg for a fourth week. Well actually I do this:

100mg Week1
50mg week 2
25mg week 3. Along with few herbs (avena, maca etc.)
