If your going to use AAS you should be educated on what your planing to put into your body (this is a great place to learn) D-Bol only is not the way to go, add in some Test to the cycle. The D-bol should be taken every 4 hours or so through out the day, even on days off. Another thing to look at is your diet because if your not gaining like you feel you should be, your diet could be the reason.
