On close grip bench, started out with just a plate for warmup, then shot up to 185 and i found it a breeze, then did two sets of 205, and i think to myself, "why am i doing this?" .... wham! i put on two plates, and i did 225x4!! Easily a new PR... Now my close grip bench is stronger than my regular bench where i can only hit 225x2. LoL
