Hey everyone i am new to the site and am stoked to be aboard. i have been training weights for 6 yrs off and on. I am 5ft 10in 164 lbs. been off for about 6 months due to a shoulder injury. have gained all strength back to normal now. My question is can anyone guide me to a workout for coming off an injury. i tried to come back once and reinjured
