New to the forum.. Need recommendations!

First time posting on this forum. Ive hung out on other bodybuilding forums before, but they get bloated with reps pushing products

Ive been out of the game for a year or 2 and need some recommendations on kick starting my workout and getting back to where I was.

Looking to spend $100-200 on a supplment routine and I wanted fresh opinions from anew group.

Anyone mind helping me out?

6' 4" & 255lbs

I used to lift 3-4times a week and was steadly increasing my muscle mass until i dislocated my knee (not workout related) and then just got lazy for the last 2 years. Did a lot of biking to strengthen my knee and should more than good to work working out like I used too. Just been real unmotived lately, but I feel I have to lose the weight I packed out..

Most of my muscle turned to flab in the last year or so and I packed on 30 or more lbs.. I would love to lose them but I am finding it hard.

My goal is to have a lean body like I did in high school, before the freshmen 15 and a desk job..

Any recommendation are appreciated

look into Intermittent Fasting and get a good pre-workout, N2SLIN and some bcaa's to use druing your fast, powerchews makes a great product, eat them like candy during your workout...im addicted lol

as far as a pre-workout this stuff is amazing!!!!...

I use it in conjunction with N2KTS and Power Chews Pre-workout
 
I would use forged burner, need2slin, n2amp and a test booster... probably hcgenerate for now... run these for about 6-8 weeks and see where your at weight wise.. .train hard and diet properly and then we can go from there...

Haven't heard if those supps before so I'll take a look.

Seems like out of all the places I used to buy from, the forum sponsored site is the only place to sell them and there a tad expensive.

Would you guys recommend how many bottles (of each) and the dosage/schedule I would need to run 6-8weeks.

dylangemelli: Those 4 items for 1 bottle each (and I am sure I need 2) run for $240..
Those have to be some serious supps for only 4 bottles.

Does the site ever have sales? Found the 15% which is nice..

Should I think about doing only 2 of those items at a time to get in 6-8weeks.. or do they all really stack yell..

$200 per month seems like a lot of money for 4 supps (assuming those are all 1 month bottles)
