i doubt trying to get you to put on more natural mass first is going to work. So in that case, its your first time...save the deca. Run 1 ml of sust a week. Or shoot .5 ml mon and .5 ml thursday. My first ever cycle was 1 ml of sust 250 every sunday. Trust me if you eat and train, its going to work. More isnt always better. But definatley leave out the deca for your first time.
