New to Steroids

I've tried everything to gain weight and muscle, but I just can't. I want to know what the best pill form of a legal steroid or hgh is and where do I go from there?
 
hmm welcome bro... would you care to mention a little bit about yourself ? age weight height years training etc.. this would help a lot :)

this only form of legal steroid use is if you get a script from your doc

You should do some searching hang around here and learn about steroids as they are no jokes nor a quick fix to reaching a plateau :)
 
I'm 23 and about 5'10 190, I want to get around 215-220lbs and just can't get past about 195lbs. I eat alot, lots of protein, no fast food, and the occasional pop. I'm new to steroids and PCT and just learning what I should do about my problem.
 
legal? hehe, legal is garbage bro. but there's good legal supplements that are a must such as bcaa's, glutamine, good protiens, multivitamins, also zma, taurine, fishoil caps, glucosamine......etc
 
how long have u been training regularly?

read as much as you can here :) learn about test and pct for starters that should help you a lot

As mentioned earlier, read all the threads regard ing the use of AAS and also check out the steroid profiles, the diet forum and PCT forum. So much more to this than you can imagine. Legal steroids? No such thing unless you are on HRT from your doc. Welcome to this board. Its is a plethura of info regarding the use, proper use of AAS, and also diferant opinions in regards to how to use them. If you have never done AAS, and dont know much about them and considering going down what I call the dark road, then you by all rights have a long ways to go before starting this journey.
Dont get in a rush, just read alot on this board, use the search button for some of your questions, and get in the mind set of a new life style. When you start putting synthetic hormones into your body, it will affect every aspect of your being. If done right, it will be a very positive experience. If done wrong, well, ................?????????????? problem city.
good luck bro and post more stats in regards to how you eat, training experience, etc. Have you reached your plateau naturally?

You don't eat a lot. You may think you do but you don't. If you did you would gain weight. Too many people think they eat a lot and they really don't. I used to think the same thing. 4 years ago I was 183lbs and couldn't gain weight. Well I started writing down everything I ate and slowly realized I wasn't eating $h*t! I now weigh around 230lbs, and this is all natural. I used to wrestle so I know all about having a high metabolism and blah blah blah but its all just garbage. If you eat more calories than you expend in a day you will gain weight. Its pretty simple. The easy road is not one you want to take. You may get up to 215lbs going the easy way but whats the point if you don't keep it on and are back to 190lbs a few short months later. All that was just a waste of money.

have you tried different ratios of diets? high carbs,,high proteins??

IDK if glucosamine and zma are a must, but a lot of water, protein, multi vitamin and fish oil ARE.

Why not try somethin like dermacrine?
 
GO TO PRIMORDIALPERFORMANCE.COM look up dermacrine. You might gain 5-10 lbs of muscle in a month if u eat right and train hard. I havent seen one bad review for it at this site. Im gonna try it soon too.
 
Someone give this guy a week of plat or something. This thread has a thousand Q's easily answered by the wonderful but well guarded SEARCH function. Its not in my power, because I am a cheap cheap bastard. Otherwise, you know....I'd be all over it already :p

dude, reas again what trendsetter and alin have to say. DIET is KING. You don't eat enough...I guarantee it. Now, I could be wrong if you have some sort of metabolic or hormonal condition that is not being medically controlled. But I doubt that's the case, or you'd have mentioned it.

You've told us nothing about your diet and how long you've been seriously training. We're not just going to hand out steroid cycle info without some info from you. Sorry, that's not how this board works.

Food is the most anabolic thing you can put into your body. Tell us what you've been doing. Do you keep a food journal? How many grams of protein/fats/carbs? Have you tried cycling carbs? Have you tried playing with different macro ratios (like alin said)?

No easy way out bro. It would be super fuggin cool if you could eat like a regular person and look like a bodybuilder...but you can't.

Very true. An easy way to find out how much you take in is by keeping a logbook, with EXACT ratios and the protein, carbs, and fats in each and the time you ate it. At the end of the week, add them up for each day. You'll see that you can do better most likely.

Don't add a little here and there or you're just screwing yourself. I thought I ate like a madman and ate barely 3000 cals, and that wasn't even a clean diet. Then you can see where you can add more cals and see what need improved.

But you can supplement your diet, but it is just that, a supplement. Something to ADD to the diet. Any supp I've tried is worthless without a good diet and solid training. But you mix those and a supp that works well, and you'll be pleased with the results.
 
You sound like a hard-gainer, so try this:
Up your calories by at least 500 immediately with slow carbs, good fats, and plenty of protein. Then gradually increase the calories by 1000. Use heavy weight almost exclusively after initial warm ups; stay around the 6-8 rep range; concentrate on working larger muscle groups with exercises such as squats, deads, rows, bench press, and military press; get PLENTY of rest.

You will grow.
 
My diet consists of maybe 2-3 muffins for breakfast. Chicken/Steak/or Turkey, whatever I'm feeling for lunch. About 4-5pm, Steak or Chicken, then Steak for supper.

I think this is somewhat BS. If you wamt to gain weight, diet does not have to be 100% on key with a journal and shit. Holy shit just eat and ull grow. I would do research tho about what you shoud base ur diet around. With the weight training you do you should burn off any fat you get. Doesnt mean u should eat fast food every day, but it also doesnt mean you have to keep a journal.

You dont have to be a geek about it. Nor do u have to overthink it. Eat more food but keep it around a healthy base. If you want to bulk just bulk yea u might gain a little fat but your gonna gain more muscle as well. And then when u want to cut down u should keep a journal of what u eat and figure out a good diet.

I AM NOT SAYING DIET DOESNT NOT MATTER. Im just saying when ur bulking jus eat whatever u see. No need to get scientific about it. You dont need to make a journal to see that u eat less than u think. YOU obviously do eat less than u think if u cant gain more weight. Start eating, gain 5 lbs, take dermacrine and phyto-test, and then susatin alpha, and then keep it natty for another 2 months. If u dont gain any more weight in those 2 months after the derma/phyto/alpha then come back and ask for a cycle.

I recently took my first shot of test 250. Instead of in my hip i injected my self in my groin area. over the past few days it has been swolen,red and very sore over a large area. Is this normal or should have a doctor to look at it?
