yo i'm looking for information on how to gain weight/muscle. i am tall and thin and lifting doesn't do a whole lot. can you give me some info on what i can use to add weight/muscle. where should i go? Thanks

you should go to the gym. Some history would help us help you. What are you stats, how old are you, how long have you been training, what kind of diet do you follow if any, and be honest with answers to get the best help.
 
Eat a shit load of food (eggs, beef, chicken, pork, peanut butter, rice, potatoes, oatmeal, milk, etc) and train like this:

5 on 1 off

Day 1 chest
Day 2 back
Day 3 legs
Day 4 shoulders/traps
Day 5 arms
Day 6 arms

Did you mean Day 6 off or do you hit tri's one day then bi's the next? That would be 6 on 1 off so i guess i answered my own question.
 
oops, i'm on crack tonight, yeah day 6 is off.
