Been around a long time here but don't post much. Just got into "the good stuff" last year and looking for a sanity check on upcoming cyle. I have 3 test only cycles behind me.
39 y/o 5'11" 230 at 16% bf. Trained on and off since high school. My main goals are overall fitness and dropping bf. Workout 4 days a week on a Mon/Tues Thur/Fri pm schedule. Run around 12 miles a week and do Crossfit a couple of days a week am. Eat clean and if anything, I under eat. Try to get 3000 cals per day but don't always.
On hand I have plenty of Test Prop and 4000mgs of Primo.
Planning on pinning EOD. 100mgs Test prop and 150mgs Primo. Should be at 300 Test and 450 Primo per week. That gives me 9 wks of Primo.
Also have Clomid, Sustain Alpha, Extremastane and HCG.
Should I run a little HCG during cycle?
Should I run 12.5 Extremastane EOD during cycle?
Will Clomid and Sustain Alpha be enough PCT?
