I am a young man turned 23 years.
Sorry for my bad english, im norwegian, lol.
Have excercised active for 2 years with weights and cardio.
Hit the studio 4 days a week. Cardio before and after work in recent time (in the form of bicycling or jogging)
My diet is pretty strict, I hold on to 5 meals with fruit in between.
Breakfast:
oat (dont know what its called, its with milk / Rough bread with ham or similar
1 shake PF Whey isolate
2 Omega 3 (crill oil)
2 Creapure pyruvate
1 multivitamine
Between meals:
1 fruit (banana, orange, apple)
Lunch:
Rough bread with catfish cake / Pasta and tuna / chicken and salad
Between meals:
1 fruit (banana, orange, apple)
2 Omega 3 (krill oil)
2 Creapure pyruvate
(training)
Right after the training:
1 shake PF Whey isolate
1 fruit (banana, orange, apple)
Dinner:
Beef, broccoli, mushrooms with strong spices (no sauce and fried minimal) / Grilled chicken with lettuce, avocado and rice .. etc..
Afternoon:
Rough bread with ham or similar
before bedtime:
oat (dont know what its called, its with milk

2 Omega 3 (krill oil)
2 Creapure pyruvate
2 ZMA-X
No heart diseases or poor health in the family, only hyperactivity and ADHD, hehe..
Going to visit my doctor and get blood work on paper to be sure anyway ;-)

Previously did a stand alone d.bol (long ago) that I will not bother doing again, was bloated and over half of the gains disappeared. (water)
Completed T.bol now for a few weeks ago, took 50mg ed for 4 weeks, made me hard and I was somewhat leaner and upped a bit in strength.
Now, I want some tips of you with a little more knowledge so I can come up with a cycle that is good for strength and mass, as well getting lean/ripped.
But not for heavy (will be a "mild" testo, deca)
Needles is no problem, but I would like to know; what is a good idea for someone who is fresh with testo To begin with, so I do not take excessive doses.

Height: 1.69
Weight: 72kg
Bodyfat about 15-18% (not quite sure but i want to get ripped!!)
So I have read alittle about the different types and came up with something that looks like this:
week1:
Kick Start the D-bol 30mg ED
500MG Testosterone Enanthate
400MG Deca Decanoate
week2-10
Kick Start the D-bol 40mg ED
500MG Testosterone Enanthate
400MG Deca Decanoate
week11-13
20MG Nolvadex ED
Would love some thoughts about PCT!
I hope there is someone out there that will give me an indication of the layout of dosage.
And also when i use Clenbuterol, HCG , for how long etc..
