New to me

I have never used steroids before but I am interested in trying for the first time. I have a skinny body frame with lots of fat surrounding. I have been told Im the skinny fat ecto? I tried to eat good and stay strict in my lifting with a trainer a few years ago and was able to drop some fat and gain a little muscle in 5 months but not much. Ever since I od'd on coke when I was young 19 im 30 now my heart over reacts to some stimulants? I can drink 5 cups of coffee but if I even look at coke or take a percocet my body freaks out.

Ok so I need to lose fat i think im at like 27% body fat and gain muscle but I don’t want something that will mess with my heart or liver? and I don't want to take a full cycle I just want to try it in small amounts to see how my body reacts.

don't get me wrong I will work out hard again in conjunction I am just even in the words of my last physical trainer not blessed with the ability to get a bunch of muscle!

any approach or advice is appreciated

stay away from gear because they all can impact your heart (hemocrit/BP) and longer lasting gear can be a bitch to manage if you have an adverse reaction.

even small amounts can be a problem. get your blood work done--maybe you are low on tes.t or g.h.. and a doc can work with you--but i would not do it by yourself

you may try more of an anabolic workout--deadlifts/squats/bench and make sure your diet is perfect.

Agreed. Your all over the place with this you need to do alot of research. All steroids will affect your heart and liver to a point some more then others. So going this way with your body the way it is would not be the way to go man. Eat less carbs up the cardio and get your bf% down 27% is alot and you wont benefit much with the aas anyways especially since you dont want to commit to a full cycle just take some here and there to see how your body reacts your hormones will be all sort of fucked up man. Sorry for your problem but like Jump said i would go see a doc and see how serious your problem is.

Start with Primordial Performances more "Natural" test boosters and products such as Tea-3.

Or talk to OMEGA about getting some Lipoflame/AMP02/RawMCC.

Or if you CAN take the stims try an ECA stack like SEN Metabolic Fuel.

I think you should try some other paths first or just go straight to your doc and see what he says.

^ these are my pics, phisic is fucked. I was told to se a ? endoctrin doc and get a panel done in this post but, i had to be refered by my doctor and get a referal. At the time I had no insurence witch I do now! But how do I approach my family doctor with this? I want to test my thyroid? and why should I tell him? or is there another kind of doc I can look for who I don't need a referal from?

Appriciate yalls time thanks for the advice!

Your family physician should be able to order a thyroid panel. How hard can you work out without it affecting your heart or is that just my misjudging the thread?

There are non-stimulant fatloss aids at my site, www.proteabody.com, but I'd rather advise that you take any product you look at, and just take their ingredient list to the doctor and see if it could negatively affect your heart in anyway. Some doctors are fairly ignorant and only believe in prescription crap, but you never know.

Sounds like a plan. I can work out forever run longer than maaaany of my friends who look to be way more phisically superior its just some stimulants that effect me. Thanks again yall for the input I guess now I should try to see the doc now that I have insurence.

If you can do some intense resistance training and as long as your thyroid is within normal levels, you should be able to replace fat with some muscle....and assuming your diet is good too.

find your bodys bmr and eat the appropriate amount of cals a day, all clean cals.
