New to it all

Bigjohn32

New member
I'm new to pretty much all of this. I have a couple of friends who seamed to know what they where talking about, one of them a former mr Tennessee. So I decided to give it a try. I was 320 lbs and 6 foot 1 when I started a twenty week cycle about 5 weeks ago. I do 250 mgs of test per week along with 300 mgs of deca a week. I feel increadable but unfortunately have lost no weight. Lost a couple pants sizes but no lbs and I know 320 lbs is to heavy. I don't want to stop in the middle of my cycle but have a fear of getting any heavier. I do lots of cardio, but some other opinions would be great

Well u found the right forum. Yeah haven't lost any weight cuz first off u were to heavy to start aas in the first place. Steriods are not a weight loss solution by any means. The compounds ur ur taking test and deca is a bulking type stack so I assume ur eating a lot, plus without the proper AI ur probably bloated as hell which test and deca will do ( water retention). 20 weeks of deca, whoa...! what's ur PCT looking like. Ur body is gonna crash hard, say good bye to dick pretty soon, libido is gonna be gone. There's just all kinds of problems here. I would stop this cycle ASAP, before u do some real damage. And whoever advised this cycle for u should be kicked in the teeth with steel toes.

Ok so quit all together. Your 10 for 10 on the bloating but I have noticed a significant fat loss. But I'm not eating like you think I would. I replace all meals through out the day with protein. Muscle milk to be specific. Then for dinner it one piece of meat half a cup of raw veggies and half a cup of starch. Other than that nothing goes in my body other than water and redbull. The only reason the deca is there is I was told it would help with bad joints. Would it be ok to continue the test and lay off the deca. As far as a pst the guy I get from never lays off so he hasn't mentioned one. All I know is he's big as a house. But what's good for him and what's good for me might not be the same thing. I appreciate the help

I was told to take a trenabol? But it sounded Alot
More advanced than I needed to be. Now don't get me wrong. I'm putting in the work on top of the diet I stay strict to I'm at the gym 2-3 hours five days a week with an hour of cardio. And I'm strong as hell. I'm 32 and am lifting more than senior year on the varsity team. I thought something wasn't right that's why I'm on here at one in the morning. Don't want a bigger rack than the one I had lol

That could possibly be the worst diet I have ever heard of. Just stop the cycle now. Muscle milk u might as well drink a milkshake from McDonald's. It's sounds like ur just trying to loss weight. Bro stop the cycle, it's just bad news waiting to happen. Learn how to eat correctly and do cardio, that's how u lose weight. U are completely undereducated about steroids and diet and i can only imagine ur workout routine, and nothing good is gonna come out of this cycle. STOP NOW!

I appreciate the advice. That's why I joined this forum. Loosing some weight is part of the reason I started this cycle but strength and muscle mass in replace of fat is another. I have a great workout routine from the guy training me, like I said former mr Tennessee. And he,s amazed with my results thus far. But he has no idea about the test and deca he just thinks I'm replacing the fat naturally. I'm not going to lie I can see how this could be very addictive. Like I said I feel like a young bull. But I knew there would be some consequences. I also know just stopping could hurt me as well. What's al mean, what's a good pct. and where do I get the two.

Stop what you are doing. Get on a good post cycle therapy, which you can find on our stickies. Go to the section on diet and exercise and learn how to eat and train properly. Come back when you get to 15% bodyfat. That is the best advice for you.

You can PM if you would like.

You need at least 6-7 smaller servings per day with some protein in each., You can do this by eating clean whole foods, not processed.
Protein should come a variety of things.Seafood is one of the best sources of Protein because it's usually low in fat. Fish such as salmon is a little higher in fat but it is the heart-healthy kind: omega-3 fatty acids.

White-Meat Poultry
Stick to the white meat of poultry for excellent, lean Protein. Dark meat is higher in fat. The skin is loaded with saturated fat, so remove skin before cooking.

Milk, Cheese, and Yogurt
Not only are dairy foods -- like milk, cheese, and yogurt -- excellent sources of Protein but they also contain valuable calcium. Choose skim or low fat dairy to keep bones and teeth strong, prevent osteoporosis, and enhance weight loss.

Eggs
Eggs are one of the least expensive forms of Protein. The American Heart Association says normal healthy adults can safely enjoy an egg a day.

Beans
One-half cup of beans contains as much Protein as three ounces of broiled steak. Plus, these nutritious nuggets are loaded with fiber to keep you feeling full for hours.

Pork Tenderloin
This great and versatile white meat is 31% leaner than 20 years ago.

Soy
Twenty five grams of soy Protein daily can help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Combine soy Protein foods like tofu with a healthy low fat diet.

Lean Beef
Lean beef has only one more gram of saturated fat than a skinless chicken breast. Lean beef is also an excellent source of zinc, iron, and vitamin b12.

Protein on the Go
Grab a meal replacement drink, cereal bar, or energy bar. Check the label to be sure the product contains at least six grams of Protein, and is low in sugar and fat.
Needtobuildmuscle has a wide variety of supplements that is an excellent source of nutrition.

Thank you for sharing always, Bro.

so you eat 1 serving of veggies a day.. and pretty much you are living off meat, sugar, starch, and stims.

need to do a total makeover on your diet.. unfortunately this cycle your 'friend' put you on will set you back months because that is how long it will take you to recover considering you probably have no pct and are running zero ancillaries. probably the worst newbie cycle in existance to run deca and tren together.

i would stop what you are doing and change up your diet immediately. swap in lots of fruits and veggies, and swap out all that crap you are eating now. muscle milk should be flushed down the toilet.

as its been said already AAS are not gonna help you lose weight.. the only benefit you will get at your size is you will get stronger, thats all.. but you will also be straining your heart to the point where you could kill yourself.
