For all of you new to gear, never used, will use, or DID use and didn't get the results you want..
I've alway's been told by the vets and mods in here about how important eating is while on gear.
Well, here is a real life situation regarding this.

A while back, myself and 2 of my bros ordered some gear. We were amatuers, listening to no one, we ordered enough dbol for all 3 of us, for a 6 week cycle. I myself had heard that dbol was the best for just a quick boost in size and strength. Well, we started poping these things like tic tacs!! I had heard from the source we got them from to eat everything in site. I did to an extent, however, really didn't believe it would effect my cycle that much. I just thought we were all going to get huge!!
So, I went into week 3. I felt some strenght gains and was up about 3lbs. Shit results I know. My other bro lifted heavily, didn't eat for shit, didn't get the right sleep, (yeah he's a fuck) and gained no strength of size. He started claiming his shit was fake, and all this. The 3rd of us, had experienced older brothers in the family. They got him loaded up on protien and calories from day one. At 3rd week he was up 10lbs, and strength was through the roof. (getting my point)
End of cycle results:
Me: Gained total of 10lbs. (all lost now)
2nd Bro: Gained nothing (of course) and still says the shit was fake.
3rd Bro: Gained 23lbs in 6 weeks. Lost about 5-6lbs after cycle. But, still is keeping his solid 15lbs and is ready for another 4 months later.
Summary:
I want all beginners to understand this (cause I didnt'). With the SAME batch of dbol, we had a very small gain, a NO gain at all, and VERY good gain for dbol only. I never understood this until now. I hear a lot of people on this site, and around my gym saying the shit they have is fake, and their not gaining anything. Take a step back next time. Make sure you listen to the guy's of elite, eat properly and enough, get enough sleep, and don't wast your money like 2 of us did. In other words, the advise in here is worth your time to follow through with, if not you'll be the guy popping dbol like tic tacs and still a skinny fuck!
