Hi, I joined the forum a couple days ago. I am a weight trainer
who has been following a modified MAX-OT for the past six
months. I want to make the jump to power lifting and that
brings me to y'all. Do not know much about the sport. Hell,
I did not even know what a bench shirt was until a couple of
months ago.
I am 45 years of age. Still making gains. My full parallel squat
is at 505 with wraps and belt. My bench is 305 raw touch and
go. The dead-lift is where I seem to do best at 615 with a belt.
I want to make gains and I know I have a lot in me but I do
not know how to train correctly, based on what I read in Dave
Tate articles on bench and squat, my form stinks. I need help.
Hopefully, you guys will be able to help me make the jump to
power lifting.
