Hi guys I have just started a cycle of Dianabol on its own.
I am 33yrs old been weight lifting 4yrs now and im looking to get fast gains.
Im 6ft and 15 stone and train weights and cardio 4 times a week
Can you give me any advice on how to take Dianabol correctly and get the best gains.
I have just started the course and currently taking 1 tablet 3 times a day and after a week will move upto 1 tablet 5 times a day. Is this correct?
Im drinking plenty of water and eating protein food.
