Hello to all,
First off this is my first time posting here on this forms, and it is a great one. Full of good usefull info. I'm a 23yr latino weighting in at 238lbs and measuring a lil 5'8. I was on SUPER TEST 250, and saw n heard good results on that.

But my real question is if the way i train is the right way. Let me break it down for ya'll:

Monday
chest and tri's: But i do 4 sets, while adding weight each set. For example, 12-10-8-6 and adding 10lbs to each set.

Tuedays
Bicepts and back

Wednsday
Shoulders and Tramps

Thurday repeat

Please give me your 2cents. All of you here are much more advanced then myself, so any they of imput would be great apprechiadted( sorry for the spelling)

Many of the folks on this board employ the metal militia or westside styles of training. Your style of training is more of pyramid type, which is fine for someone that is new to lifting. However, make sure that you add something for the lower half of the body - squats, glute hams, deads, reverse hypers, toe raises, etc.

If you are serious about powerlifting, try westside for beginners. That is how I started a few years back. You can find information on WS by following the link that was posted by Devestation.

What type of gains will i see from the pyramid style. I'm looking to getting that bulky "KING PIN" look from the Dare Devil moive.
