New to board, have some questions...

Hi all, I'm new to the board and have some questions for ya.

I'm thinking about starting a cycle and have never used any gear before.
I am 29 yrs, 5'8, 182lbs, 16 inch arms, max bench is 300, bench 260 for 8 reps and have about 14%bf. I have been lifting serioulsy for about 2 years now and have just changed my diet from shit food to a high protein diet. I'm wondering what kind of cycle would be good to get upto about 200lbs. I'd also like to enter a show in a year or so.

Also, do you think I should start a cycle yet? I think I'm getting to a plateau although some gains are still coming. I'm also from Canada and have never bought any gear before but have researched a while back but not too much lately and am worried about getting fake shit, etc.

Any advice and feeback is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
I would say lift on your own for little longer ....but if u juice
sust250 week 1-10 500mg
clomid week 13-15 200mg ed (300mg first day)
week 15-16 100mg ed
