New To Board and Need help

Ok so here is the deal... I am a 29yr old male. I am 6'8 tall, and weigh 280lbs...I recently went to the heart doctor and he told me my tri's are sky rocketed....so i am on the atkins diet....i was 290 2weeks ago and the diet is working for me. He wants me down to 260, which i am sure i can do but in the meantime i have been hitting the gym for about 4 months now and although i feel stronger and i see a little improvement in my toning of my arm muscles and chest, it just seems to be lacking something. My body fat count well lets just say the doctor says i am overweight. My goals are simple....cut my weight to his recommended weight but also get bigger, and stronger. A friend of mine that use's winny and Dbol stacked says that i should go with the Winny V tabs, now i did some research on this and found that they are the safer version of Winny and this is probably good considering my Tri's and Heart will probably be affected as well by taking them. Guys look, i am a dediacated guy and will do what i must to gaiin, but would like something to make me start seeing results fast....What excersis's do u recommend i do....I would like to work in my arms, chest , back and stomach, my legs are already in shape from lots of bike riding all my life....but i do have a major gut ...so can someone help me out there....Thanks in advance for any help.

SOunds serious. Try the training and nutrition board bro for more info. Honestly I would not mess with steroids in your current condition. Try some natural thermogenics like ephedra, bitter orange, synephrine, green tea and caffeine to help you out. You can also look into clenbuterol to hel you out. But be careful not to overuse these substances, especially with your elevated tri's, some of them are very strong. Really though, you need to do some serious cardio to loose the the fat that along with the weights should help you get it under control. Loosing fat is never that easy.

What is Clenbuterol ? what does it do...My problem is my Tri's are 750, my family has a history of heart disease and i am tired of feeling this way... i appreciate your honesty with this subject and look forward to yours and any one else's help..When u say serious Cardo....such as ? for how long ?? help me out some if u don't mind ?

Clenbuterol is a type II beta-adrenergic receptor agonist. It accelerates the metabolism of fats, and might be a good idea if you're trying to knock a bit of fat off. If you're using the Atkins diet, however, you might want to look into a carefully metered dosage of T3 (sometimes known as cytomel as well; it's a thyroid hormone which will send your metabolism through the roof). Thing about T3 is that while it's very effective, you're taking chances with your thyroid - you shouldn't be using it for longer than a couple of weeks, otherwise you could seriously impair lifetime thyroid function.

For recommended dosages etc., check out steroidtips.com or steroids.com for more info - no sense me repeating it here if someone else has written the same thing somewhere else. One thing I will say, as a biochemist, is that you should be very careful when you taper yourself ON with T3, and even more careful when you taper yourself OFF of T3. Don't mess around with it, or you'll be unbelievably hyperactive when you're going on, and you won't have ANY energy (and will rebound big-time with massive weight gain, most of it fat) if you don't taper off properly.

Best of luck!

Dr. M, the T3 you make reference too...where can i get that ? Or cytomel as u referenced it too....I would like to do what is best for me and my situation as you see i posted all about my current situation and just want what is right for me. Thanks again.

There are several online pharmacies where you can take your chances and order it from Europe/South America.

You can talk to your doctor, and maybe he'll agree that cytomel is right for you as a short-term aid in reducing your overall bodyfat and getting where he - and you - would like to be.

You could also hang around the board a bit and get to know some of the sources which may or may not post among us. Check your PM's, or send me a SECURE e-mail at the address in my sig - I'll forward your e-mail to sources with which I may or may not have contact and they may or may not decide to get back to you. Not making any promises, but I think it might be your best bet.

Regards,
-M
