NEW Time Frame for OMEGA project Members

Hi :)

This car accident, plus an educational project with at a University basically has forced me to take a "Semester " off the OMEGA Project for new sign up members.

The Silver Lining for all of you is of course Extra Time.
I will cater to your needs and want you to extend each phase by 3 weeks or so if you want.

The program is a true 3 month Transformative experience, and by the book as it was marketed, BUT you can extend it and get the MOST out of it.

I will be releasing a very basic "how to manual" and account of the Young Man I transformed which will offer some principled ideas and get it "out there" on the boards and also help me and Elite during my Sabbatical with continued exposure.

This Pamphlet will pale in comparison to what YOU will always get from me here privately and daily.

it involves politics/business

so unless I want to lose half my customer base I better not go there lol!

i figured it was something like that. I really don't want this project to end. You have tought me so much, that infact i want to go back to school and get my degree.
 
I think we all have come to realize TOGETHER
that we can do anything we really want too so long as we have caring support, and Blue COllar work ethic

I have grown more then physically strong, i feel more equipt to handle what ever life throws at me.
 
Sounds good bro, I actually wanted to stick with phase 2 for a while. We still get free pamphlets right? :) Even though we dont need them. Have fun with your current commitments/projects. I have no problem asking you questions when I need help.

I think even just rotating Phase1 and Phase2 every 4-6 weeks is a killer workout to pack on size and stay in nice shape.

Yes 1 and 2 work off each other and should be done that way

3 if for once a year Polish or comp/ photo shoots

Speaking for myself, I support you in your other efforts Omega. I wouldn't mind spending a little more time on phase 2. I feel I have learned a lot and I'm seeing changes in myself (inner and outer) thanks to the Omega project.

All I can say is don't sell your book for too cheap broly, I don't care how basic or non personal it is! these principles are deadly and effective! I'll push this shit too.

I believe so hardcore in this it isn't even funny, and I'm not telling anyone what I'm doing either.

that is because I swore to you I would not do that, so I wont.

I've already had a bunch of people ask me about the project and whatnot.

I will always vouch for my man OMEGA, there are alot of great people on here, and alot of non believing know it all's, it makes it all the more worth will to rub it in there face and then not help them. I am so glad you are still with us man. I had a scary ass dream bout me being in a wreck like you and I can't sleep.

how many times can we repeat phase 1 and 2? eventually wont they become less and less effective?

or if we run them for 6 weeks each, it will be enough to keep the body guessing?

although i miss powerlifting sometimes, the results are too good and i feel too healthy not to keep doing omega-style training principles for the majority of my training in the future...

if we wanted to change excersises up for ourselves in the future when we run the program independantly, as long as we follow the basic scheme (controlled movement, mass builder, polisher) and the same rep scheme with the drop after all work sets, will we get the benefits?
 
all of you can extend each phase up to 7 weeks but after that you have to go to the next one since you dont want to stagnate
