For some reason my computer won't let me post anything, so maybe you know whats going, I just bought a new computer for my room and yesterday I hooked it up to the web via a wireless network modem, anyway, I came to this site on it and it seemd to be working fine but then I tried to start a new thread, I typed it all out and when I clicked on "Submit New Thread", it took ages to load and then just said "The page cannot be found", is there anything I need to do on options/properties or security or something?
Any help here is much appreciated, with karma!

So, he's on a new wireless network, can browse, send PMs, but when he tries to submit a new thread, it times out. I'm guessing that it just takes longer than usual to go through, and the timeout settings on his wireless network are set too low.

Any other ideas?

Don't know. If the main connection to the web is through a modem (not cable, dsl) It is possible that his connection could time out.

However, I am on a wireless right now and have no problems and it is as fast as if I was directly hooked in. I have cable.

Yeah!! Its a pain i know!!!! I'm wireless ,the router i'm using is at least 275 ft from me,sometimes depending upon the weather its fast other times slooow or like you said page Cannot be found.
Heres the suggestions...add a router, or add a wifi antenna as this will improve performance and speed.
