SupplementTests.com has completed an independent, controlled test on Cryotest by MuscleTech. This product is promoted as a strength and muscle builder. Here's what the test revealed:
Change in body weight: -2 lbs
Change in bicep: 0 in.
Change in body fat: -.8%
Change in lean body mass: -.6 lbs
Change in # of reps on bench: 0 change (10 reps pre-cycle, 10 reps post-cycle)
Side effects noted: none
Test subject used no other supplements, continued with normal workout routines and diet, had no weight or strength changes prior to the test, and has worked out on a regular basis for over 10 years.
