New Stiff legged dead PR!

thats pretty sick! dont you weigh like 130 or something. This hot-ass chick that used to come to my gym used to do those all the time in these little shorts and it drove me nuts, she knew it and loved every minute of it. You should post a vid of you doing those, i dont know if i believe you....lol

i use 135. i dont get why people use so much weight.
btw, i can DL 495.

It appears to have helped my dead but not the rest of my compounds :( Ah well deadlifting has always been my strongest lift.

pretty good. I used 185 tonight on stiffys for only 2 reps!! which is weird since i can easily pull 200 on regular deads :)

problem being- imbalance of hammy vs. glute strength... darn it :(

Dam that is a hell of a squat I am at 135 for 5. I really want to hit two plates on the squat. My bench as of late is shit but I have benched 135 in the past for reps.

I ran track & played soccer thru HS & college so I have strong legs...but bench has always been my weakest lift (& implants didnt help). Just keep with it & add assistance exercises, like box squats.
