thanks guys
I dont use a belt as a surgeon I went to see years ago explained how when it builds up all that pressure in the abdominal wall, the pressure looks for a weak point to get out. If there are any weak areas at all, BANG you have a hernia. So I dropped the belt and am actually stronger for it.
As for the knees, when you go below parallel, the stress shifts from the knees to the hips(which are far stronger), so its actually better for your knees to go all the way down.
Muscleup, I was stuck there for the longest time too. For me the key was very small increments. I started adding 2.5lb plates every week, so 410, then 415, etc. Its not much weight, and you can probably keep matching your reps while you add that every week. I started this cycle doing 405 for 8-10 reps, and have just been adding that small amount, and this is how far its brought me
I forgot to mention, my cycle is enth/eq/deca, and I ran dbol for the first 5 weeks
