I have a fitness test for my university coming up in February and I need to be the best shape possible. This test measures such things as push up, sit and reach, VO2 Max, which I think I will doing pretty well. The thing that worries me is the body fat composition test, I recently got my BF measured and it was 13% but I know that wasn't right.
I believe that I'm in the 20-28% range, at being 6' 209. Currently I am taking Xendraine, and my diet consist of the following:
Morning: 6 A.M
5 egg whites, orange, cup of yogurt
Snack: 10 A.M
5 egg whites and apple
Lunch: 12:30
2 roast beef sandwiches w/ horsey sauce
Workout at 3
Postworkout: Protein Bar
Dinner: 6
2 Chicken Breasts
Cup of Green Beans
Late night snack: 8
3 egg whites
My cardio consists of every other day, jogging 2-3 miles, and 20-30 minutes of olmptical machine
Guys I need advice on this...if I don't pass this test I can't get into the Fitness program, and I'll be behind a semester
