4 sets d/b curls

4 sets stiff-legged deadlifts

1 set of crunches

3 sets b/b rows
3 sets d/b press
3 sets laterals

i wanna gain mass, alot of f'in' mass!!!!!!
any changes???
 
Looks good but do biceps with back/delts and knock volume down to 2-3 sets.

Can you manage stiffs, conventional deads AND squats in one week? Lower back overtraining to me mate.
