Im going to start out light and work up

1.
Incline Bench 5 x 5
Flat Dumbells 2 x 10
Rack Lockouts 2 x 8
Dips 2 x 8

2.
Deadlifts 5 x 5
Weighted Pullups 2 x 10
Bentover Rows 2 x 10
Face Pulls: 2 x 15
ABS

3.
Squats 5 x 5
Stiff Legged GM'S 2 x 10
GHR 2 x 8
Calves

4.
Shoulder Press 5 x 5
Shrugs 2 x 10
Face Pulls 2 x 15
Bicep Curls 2 x 8
JM Press 2 x 8
ABS
 
lollll I'll keep this volume this high because I will be starting really low, like today I did 95 x 5 sets x 5 reps on shoulder press.. still cant do bench cause it hurts... so going to start really low and work up in a month until everything heals

Sounds solid bro, good idea, it helps to back off a little every once in a while...

You will be back and setting PRs in no time...

Take care of that shoulder bro.
 
switch the chest day to be after back day, I can't stretch far enough after chest day to do an effecient back day.

Also doing heavy squats and deads each week is very taxing on the body, I would rather go one heavy and one for speed and alternate per week or so.

dips is very tough on shoulder, substitute with decline bench. Why rack lockouts on a chest day when you have a tri day later on in the week?

everything else is not too bad but still go light untill the shouldr can take the stress
 
ok I will alternate squats and deadlifts. I want to hit triceps 2 times though thanks for everything jer
