Just wanted to say, I pushed 90 pounders for 5 reps today on a 30-35 degree incline. I`m never really proud of any weights I use , So this made the cut for me. lol

btw it was the last week of HST routine.

While I`m here I`ll say that I got 4 reps with 70 pounders on the seated press.
 
Did you make good gains on this routine? You gona start another HST cycle or something else?

I did`nt make huge gains, but I did make strength gains roughly 5-20 pounds on various lifts. My shoulders, especially rear delts have grown a little as well.

I gained 5-10 pounds during the cycle WHILE dropping creatine midway. Believe me that adds weight, So I would have added more. I`m not happy with the muscle to fat ratio I`ve added. I`m really considering the Swlolecat (SC) program.

I did half a workout today and just stopped. I think I`m taking off until Monday after next. The weights were all just too heavy and started feeling like shit.

After the 11 day break I`ll see how I feel and decide if I would give this another go. I feel I know myself enough to just go on my own without a workout like this. I may do that.
 
Thanks for the pats on the back. It feels good after a workout that I had to ditch halfway through today. lol
