Wow I've come a long way since I started training a few months ago. Today I pushed 45 Lbs (each hand) six times for shoulder press. That may not seem impressive to most members here, but when I started training I couldn't even bring up 25 Lbs for 6 reps. Everybody better watch out for me come tryouts next hockey season! Hip-Hip-Hooray for a new PR!
