Well heres the story. I was in Afghanistan last year and worked out 4-5 days a week. I lost weight had nice toned muscles but wasnt really able to keep to a good diet. I came back from Afghanistan and got back with my family and my diet went to shit. As with my work out. Well so did my body. I put on about 15-20 pounds.
So now with my current diet that some of you were asking about. I am currently in Haiti. I eat 3 MRE's a day. For all of you that dont know what an MRE is... It is a MEAL READY TO EAT. Military ration. I have been on this diet for the past 49 days. I am probably going to be on it for the next month and then head back to the States for a few weeks then off to another country. My "workout" here doesnt consit of much. After hours we arent allowed to be in anything other than long sleeves so I run until im too fucking hot to run. For weights we lift cinderblocks. Out here its really hard to push yourself. So there it is. Im not planning on taking anything until i get to my next counrty. I will be there for 7-8 months. Thanks for reading.;
