I am 23 years old. 5'8 and 190. I work out at the gym but really dont see much. I am set on trying steroids. I am doing research on it but there is still a lot im unsure of. I want to try D-bol but dont know how much. I want to put on some muscle but trim the fat also. Is that possible? I looked into Winstrol but its not used for bulking just mainly cutting. Any input is greatly appriciated. Thank you

First, what are your goals? How long have you been working out? How many days a week? Are you trying to cut or bulk? What does your diet look like? The more we know, the more the good folks here can help. Most people jump on the steroid bandwagon way too early before they have their diets in check or enough experience under their belts and don't give their natural potential a chance to peak(i was one of those people).
 
if you work out hard and dont see much gains your diet is not good enough. post your diet in the diet section and we will help you.

sounds like you are a bit of a pussy to be using steroids bro. You want the orals so that shows all of us you are a pussy and do not know much about aas? aslo you are far from hard core. Just the avg little pussy . Any reason we should think other wise ?
 
I am a huge defender of oral only cycles. Still people who make a first thread looking for the easy oral only first cycle are 99.99 pussies. I am just trying to make sure you are not one of them
 
I suggest you build a solid foundation and train balls to the wall before touching anything, at your age gains can still come naturally.
 
Well heres the story. I was in Afghanistan last year and worked out 4-5 days a week. I lost weight had nice toned muscles but wasnt really able to keep to a good diet. I came back from Afghanistan and got back with my family and my diet went to shit. As with my work out. Well so did my body. I put on about 15-20 pounds.

So now with my current diet that some of you were asking about. I am currently in Haiti. I eat 3 MRE's a day. For all of you that dont know what an MRE is... It is a MEAL READY TO EAT. Military ration. I have been on this diet for the past 49 days. I am probably going to be on it for the next month and then head back to the States for a few weeks then off to another country. My "workout" here doesnt consit of much. After hours we arent allowed to be in anything other than long sleeves so I run until im too fucking hot to run. For weights we lift cinderblocks. Out here its really hard to push yourself. So there it is. Im not planning on taking anything until i get to my next counrty. I will be there for 7-8 months. Thanks for reading.;

much props for serving. i know mre's very well. it's gonna be almost impossible to do want u want till ur done with your tour bro. u may want to try to maintain what u have. then when ur back in the states-you'll have a solid foundation to build on.
