New Pics, up ~10 pounds

The lighting is really dodgy. I'm not sure whether it enhances or decreases the quality of the pics... Wasn't planning on posting any new ones, but I think my most recent 10 pounds have been quite well received.

to me it seems your lat spread isnt "spreading" im pretty sure they are there, its just posing prob.

rjl296 - I don't have much of a clue when it comes to posing. When I was taking these I was shaking so much that every second shot was blurry :D
 
Good point! Use Photoshop to create a pic with your girl facing forward and backward, with her arm around herself :)
 
I don't feel like I weigh what the scales say, its ridiculous. I might end up being the smallest 5'8 200lb-er ever.

Nobody has mentioned my favourite and most comfortable pair of shorts... lolol
 
Big difference in lats, traps, erectors, and rear delts. And no big fat gain like I got... Your diet must be spot on.

My diet is okay. It has its "bad" moments, ie. icecream and bread indulgences before bed.

Around a 40/40/20 breakdown of P/C/F, though some days carbs are a lot higher. 3500 calories is easily attained. These are rough estimations, because I just wing-it now.

Still do the keeping carbs and fat apart business, and it works quite well. Basically I just make sure I get a good amount of protein every time I eat, say 40g, and then fill out the rest of the meal with either carbs or fat.

I think I've just been given some decent genetics when it comes to gaining muscle, in all honesty.

You can definetely see progress, but oyu are still not spreading your lats enough in the first pic. Nice traps from behind too, I wish I could get those, mine never show up like that
