5'9" 241lbs not sure on BF, but I am going to have it checked in about a month because I am going to start to lean out in a then. Right now my calories are roughly between 4000 and 5000 daily. Keeping protein and carbs high. Coming from Chicken, London Broil, Whey protein, Turkey, Eggs, Oatmeal, Yams, Brown Rice, Red & Sweet potatoes, pasta and apples. Broccoli with most meals. Extra Fats from Peanut Butter, flax, almonds & Olive Oil. I will jam some meals in between meals if I'm hungry. Training in based around low reps (4-8) heavy compound movements, Squats, Deads, Benches, behind the neck presses and rows. I do Quads and hams on Sunday, Chest & abs on Monday, Tues off, Back on Wed, Bi's & Tri's on Thurs and Shoulders and Calf's on Friday, Sat off.
