I've been doing alot of different variations of pushups lately and laid off bench presses for about 5-6 weeks now.

I've never really been able to press 205 more than say 5-6 times. I could get 225 off the rack but never back up.

Today, I got 250 off the rack and pressed it up 2 times. To supplement my training for bench presses, I've just done alot of back, shoulder and tricep work. Lots of dips, pull ups, ets.

I'm 5'10 3/4 and 191lbs with about a 15-17% bf.
