New on clen

Hello everyone. I have decided to use clen for the very first time and i want to ask a couple of questions. I have never used steroids of any kind before, I am at around 18% bf now and i am training 3-4 days a week with weights, no cardio.

I want now to start losing bf till June that i will hit the sea beaches till August. When do you reccoment to start clen, how much cardio shall i put in my training(if any) ant what shall be the dosage and what other pills shall i combine with. I heard something T3.
 
Honestly you do not need Clenbuterol bro because I can tell with your workout regimen that your diet is just as lax You should be researching diet articles and checking out the training articles. I will be bumping some Clenbuterol threads for you also use the search function. If you have any questions AFTER reading up on it send me a pm

its amazing how much a keto diet and cardio can help and also amazing how little clen will work without them, i have lost around 130lbs now and 80% of that i credit to diet/cardio and short rest periods in the weight room. just recently i started using clen and to be honest im not to impressed with it, otc seem to work better for me good luck, and i hope you meet your goal

Also don't even think about the t-3 at this point. Now me on the other hand. I think I am going to bang on a t-3,clen,ghg program soon. Still thinking about it but man its in my head lololol....

I'm doing my best to help educate people on these products, and how to run them safely. So if anyone needs info on articles on T-3 or Clenbuterol or how to run a safe effective cycle PM me.

Need2 I'm a huge fan of T-3 my body responds well to it.
 
If you are male and 18% bodyfat, clen is barely going to make a dent in your fat loss endeavours.

It is my opinion that most fat burners, OTC or pharma are more like finishers.

They are great for shedding the last few bodyfat percentages, but they are not going to take off the vast majority of it.

That is diet and cardio.

Correct. People need to understand in order to loose weight they need to be in a low caloric diet. Couch potatoes and the lazy elect need to order motivation not Clen or any OTC products.
 
Recently, my consultant told me that quite a few women who have to take thyroxine actually GAIN weight after they start it.

I think this is because thryoxine will increase metabolism and therefore appetite, and women will often eat more as they hear that thryoxine will help them lose weight.

I have seen numerous threads on one UK site where the BF states "my girl has been on clen and T3 and she has gained weight'.

Again the same principle, they think the drugs are going to do it for them, that they can continue to eat the same (or more), and lose weight. And the drugs don't do it on their own.

This statement is pretty much correct. I just wanted to let you know that Thyroxine is (T4) Increased appetite is because of the following reasons.

1. Like you said people think because they are taking Fat burning products they can be as lazy and eat whatever they want.

Little do people know that T-3 or T-4 does these things listed that I outlined below. I also want to point out that Caloric defect diets that are way below what your body is suppose to or use to will signal to the brain to burn muscle and store fat

There are at least thirteen known functions of T4 and T3.
These include:

* a doubling of the basal metabolism rate
* increasing the rate of food use for energy (your caloric needs)
* increasing appetite
* increasing secretion of digestive enzymes and peristalsis in the GI tract
* increasing insulin secretion by the pancreas
* increasing both making and breaking down of glucose and absorption of glucose by the cells and the GI tract

* increasing respiratory rate
* increasing heart rate and systolic blood pressure (and decreasing diastolic pressure)
* dilating blood vessels to increase blood flow.


People taking Clenbuterol T-3 stack or each on there own needs to have self control and will power. If any ladies read this listen to Tatyana, she knows wtf she is talking about. I have read many of her posts here on EF.
