A friend of mine at the gym i go to, told me about this board. and that it had alot of good information. I figured id come give it a look.

Anyway, as of right now im 6'0. 19 yrs old, at 200 lbs with 12% bf. I havent sauced as of yet. Ive been training since late january this year. For most of that time ive been using various strength training programs. My current lifts are 325 squat, 385 dead, and 275 bench. Im shooting for 405 squat, 500 dead, and a 315 bench by the end of july.

Im going to try and enter a powerlifting contest (im going to get creamed) this december, and a track meet this time next year. I havent competed in either of them yet. but i figure itll be good motivation.

at any rate, i look forward to talking to everyone.
 
welcome to the board. good luck on your goals. i too would like to get into powerlifting once i get some direction. this is the perfect place to learn alot. many knowledgable(sp?), helpful people here.

i would wait on the gear at least till you stop makin gains naturally.
 
Welcome to the boards......Good you haven't sauced yet, at 19 and with 4 months of lifting experience AAS should be the farthest thing from your mind.....those are sweet numbers for 4 months of training and they wreak of potential, so just keep doing whatever you're doing, train, eat, and sleep, and good luck.
