Hello everyone. My name is Matt and Im new here. Ive been lifting for about a year and a half. Ive gained 15 lbs in that time as I started at a measley 150lbs. Im very tall and lean just trying to get stronger and build some sort of physique in the right way. Look forward to meeting some new people and learning as much as I can
