At needto's urging I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone on this forum.

I joined in November and have been a keen observer of Elite Fitness. I have to say I have probably learned more in the last few months on here than I have in the last 5 years. I'd been away from the sport for a while and Elite brought me up to speed real quick. I am super impressed by the knowledgeable people on here. I finally grew my balls big enough to start posting a bit.

needto has been great in helping me to feel very welcome here. Thank you.

I look forward to rapping with everybody in the interests of reaching my goals.
