I've been lurking around here for awhile and post on IronTrybe...finally decided to start posting on here...

Whats up everyone some stats about me I'm 17 5' 9" 205 lbs estimate BF to be around 13-15%

Hoping to make a positive contribution to the training forum here...

Training is going great... I have upped the volume (not your style yet though )

Currently I am trying to get over this plateau in the incline BB bench and I am now able to squat again!

welcome man...alot of good info here. is ur name the same on irontrybe. i may be wrong but u could ask lord suston bout the inc bb. he seems to do really well at em and walking beast does also

Yeh same name at irontrybe.....might start an incline bb thread soon...thanks

Yea I quoted the wrong person, thought that was you asking me if I knew you. haha Sounds like your training is going well! Good luck with that plateau, check out my suggestion on speed bench in your thread. Must be good to be back! Keep it up!
