New Member, D Bol only...what to do with it?

Hey guys new member to the site, been reading stuff on here for a while and finally decided I would join. Im in a bit of a situation here and would like your input. Heres the deal:

Im 23, I have done a couple small oral cycles before with some anavar, tried 40mg ed 4 weeks worked good gained about 7lbs and kept it, strength went up. waited a couple months then did 25mg ed for 6 weeks of a different brand of Var, and it got me another 7lb gain, keeping most of it. At the time I did not have access to any injectables, the only guy around with gear had var and that was it. Though most oral only cycles are frowned upon this one worked good for me.

Its been about 2 weeks since my Anavar cycle ended. I also picked up 75 10mg tabs of a Russian brand of D Bol. Little pink ones. I was going to pick up some test c to stack with it, my contact moved out of the country!! Took everything with him and now Im stuck with 50 25mg caps of leftover Var and this D Bol. A couple guys at the gym who dealt with gear got into trouble with the law, though I diddnt really know them, there goes my only option for trying to get an injectable. So...

Is there any way I can use the D bol by itself or with some Anavar? I was thinking maybe a 4 week cycle, 30mg D bol ED (with 75 tabs its more like 25 days not 28 but close enough) then throw in 2 weeks of 25mg ed of var making for a 6 week cycle? Worth my time? (25mg of this anavar is comparable to 40mg of the other kind I did its rather potent for being Var) I have Russian Nolva that i got with the D Bol, 25mg caps, 50 of them. Mens multivitimins, and milk thistle for my liver if need be. Please give your thoughts!

Im 23 turning 24 in a month,
5.10ft, 175lbs, 12%bf, been training since i was 15 pretty seriously, 5 or 6 on, 1 off, mostly weights with moderate cardio. Played lots of sports growing up, hated all of them, liked working out and weights.

Diet isnt super strict I dont eat the same things every day but i stay away from fats. Breakfast is usually bowl of otameal with strawberries and blueberries, slive or two of toast with peanut butter, glass of milk, sometimes a glass of OJ, with GNC progressive mens miltivitimin. around 1030 i have a 500ml chocolate milk and a yougurt with granola while on break, lunch is usually a big smoked meat sandwich with just lettuce and honeymustand, or subway, sometimes ill bring grilled chicken and a potato to work. supper is always home cooked, lots of meat, veggies etc...usually with fruit juice, and Superpump pre workout, dymatize elite protine (2 scoops 50g of protine) with milk, 2 tbs of peanut butter and half a bananna. This is just what I had yesterday sometimes ill add or skipp a snack like a bananna or something but this is roughly my diet. Low in fat, moderately high in protine.

So ive tried to be as specific as I can, anything else you guys wanna know just ask. Im looking to gain some muscle mass, i would like to come in around 185 after the cycle is done. If i overshoot by 5 or so pounds then cut it down thats fine with me. Anything I should change for my diet? More cal or protine? would like to keep my 12% bodyfat if its possible but if not no worries cutting is easier for me than bulking. Im looking for a strength boost too, right now benching over 300 would like to know roughly how much the d bol or var would add to my bench. thanks for the help guys much appreciated! cheers!
 
Alright, well you actually gave more info in that post than most people on here do the first time. So here goes my recommendation. I would get your diet more in check. Its not horrible, but it def needs some work. First and most importantly, your protein intake is way too low. You need to be taking in a protein source at each meal. Youve got the fats and carbs covered, although id opt for carb sources like rice, pasta, and sweet potatoes. Oatmeals great though. Get your diet in check and your bodyfat will actually come down a lil bit and give you some room to play with. I wouldnt run a bulk cycle at anymore than 9% bodyfat. And really thats pushing it to me. I would hold off on the d bol for now until you can find some test or another injectable to stack with it. I know a lot of people like oral only cycles, but again, this is only MY opinion. I would run the var, if you want bc itll help with the bodyfat and hardness. But it really comes down to how clean your diet is and how intense and godd your training is. Id be happy to help you out with your diet if youd like. You can PM me if you want. Not trying to brag, but i went from 230 @ 23% down to 175 @ 4.5% in about 8 months
 
I wouldn't take it solo. Would be kind of a waste after all was said and done.

sorry for all the writing dudes i just diddnt wanna get the usual "give us more info you retard" for several pages lol. im gonna try and hit the protine harder i try to drink at least a half litre of milk (white or choc) with each meal. im gonna shoot for roughly 250g of protine per day if I can. Im not the best at eating huge ammounts of food thats my main problem. the 10%******* (my mistake i just seen that it said 12) was done on an electric machine that sent a pulse through my body, i can see all 6 of my abs in the mirror i dont have a gut or anything like that and my legs are defined ive never had any bodyfat problems even when i eat like fat bastard. when would it be good to start the d bol? another 10 or 15lbs?

also, what kind of pct should I be looking at? if i would need any clomid, letro, arimidex, i would hold off until i can get that stuff. would a simple nolva pct work okay? do you guys think i will be shut down that much from such a short oral only cycle that i will need anything else? thanks again!
 
U weight 175 and ur benching over 300, doesn't sound like u need anything.
